Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days, while expedited options may be available for quicker delivery. Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. It is important to monitor the tracking details to stay updated on the delivery status. In the event of any shipping delays, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to return items within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. The original packaging should also be retained. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
To start a return, customers must contact us via email at solonelyenterprises@gmail.com. Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item. It is essential to note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover the expenses associated with returning items.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we encourage customers to inspect the items immediately. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away at solonelyenterprises@gmail.com to address the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.
